We feel really blessed to have found a spot we love so much, right on the east side, close to all the good things: schools, restaurants, shopping. What is best, however, is how comfortable we are in this character-filled home, with its wide, centuries-year-old wood flooring, its period details, and the kind host who always thinks to leave something on the door for us: eggs, pastries, treats of one kind or another.

It’s our second stay. Highly, highly recommend to anyone
looking to relax in a peaceful, beautiful PVD neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful historic home. Ronnie was a wonderful host! We live in a different part of Providence so it was fun to explore this neighborhood. The eggs were delicious. And the kids had a delightful time visiting the chickens throughout the day. I feel so lucky that we were able to find this special place. We will recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Providence. Thank you so much!

“beautiful time capsule”

Ronnie’s place is one of a kind. This 1931 Farm House is spectacular. There was so many original features and the decor was timeless. The hard wood floors have such a charm. And I even loved the squeaky floors as one walked and the whistle blowing radiators made you feel like you were in this beautiful time capsule. We loved the fresh eggs that the chickens 🐓 from his farm produced. The house was super clean. The master bedroom’s bed was comfortable and he used top of the line linen which made the experience precious. Ronnie provided Polands Spring water in a bubbler and left bottles in the fridge with healthy snacks. I found myself nourishing myself abundantly with one of the top spring water and when it was almost empty Ronnie came over with a fresh one within 5 minutes of the request. I feel extremely grateful that Ronnie opened his amazing home to us and we got to meet him and he was very friendly, kind and accommodating. It felt like I was in my grandparents farm house.

“So many interesting pieces, so much local history”

This was our second stay at Cole Farm and it was as wonderful as the first. This is a unique AirBnB experience. The building itself is so interesting. The central fireplace is such a unique feature. But it is the furniture and decor that really makes this place. So many interesting pieces, so much local history. In addition it has absolutely everything you need, a very well stocked kitchen and lots of amenities.And then, of course, there are the chickens! Fresh eggs every day delivered to your door. Ronnie is a very kind and considerate host, and left a special treat for us as well.Our family has now spent two holidays here and we will certainly come again. We love coming here to relax and enjoy Providence.
