The Cole Farm was a fabulous place for us to stay with our two daughters
while visiting family for thanksgiving. The location is great, near a
lot in Providence and the accommodations are both nicely stocked and
very fun with lots of unique characteristics. Our girls loved the duck
themes and staying in a real farmhouse. You got a sense of a real
farmhouse without sacrificing modern amenities. Ronnie was an excellent
host who went above and beyond, even bringing fresh eggs from the farm
chickens. We hope to be back soon!

Dear Ronnie, Thank you so much for hosting us at the core House for our Thanksgiving vacation. We were blown away by your hospitality the details and attention all the details of our stay. The girls especially loved the Slippers. we loved our stay in Providence and especially the chickens. The eggs were delicious! Thank you for being such a great host we are surely in a grateful Spirit heading into the holiday

We walked into the farmhouse and felt that we were in the home of a
dear relative. The place has such a loving vibe. There are a lot of 5 star AirBnb ratings but this one fully deserves the status. Yes, the many gifts from the hosts and chickens. Yes, the unique 1731
architecture. Yes, the cool antiques to keep you entertained and that create a sense of place. But ‘it’s of all what Ronnie has accomplished is creating a feeling of home for guests. Cole Farm is serene, yet central to everything good on the East side. Highlight: walking to Wildflour vegan bakery and using one of the city’s electric scooters to come back home. I used the scooter to go to Wickenden St, Wayland Square and just around the neighborhood (so fun for this small town girl).
This was the perfect place for our PVD foray and we fully intend to make it our RI home when it’s available and we need to be close to school and work. Thank you, Ronnie!

“What a great treasure this home is!”

What a great treasure this home is! The host, Ronnie, has thought of
everything. From the slippers and robes, to the easy to follow
directions and recommendations, to the fresh eggs every morning, his
thoughtfulness helped make our annual girls trip one of the most
relaxing yet. If you are going to be in the area, we highly recommend
this lovely historical home and it’s wonderful host. We hope to
return!

“a perfect blend of a unique home, a peaceful outdoor space/neighborhood, and the amenities of a city just a few blocks away”

We had a perfect stay. The home was very unique, cozy, and well
stocked. The outdoor space and surrounding neighborhoods were beautiful.
There were many walkable things to do (parks, cafes, restaurants, etc).
Ronnie made sure we had everything we needed from accessories for our
toddler to fresh eggs from the backyard hens every day. It was a perfect
blend of a unique home, a peaceful outdoor space/neighborhood, and the
amenities of a city just a few blocks away. We hope to return some day!
