Cole Farm Ct. is nestled in a serene cul-de-sac in the most desirable neighborhood in Providence, Rhode Island. Perfect location near coffee shops, artisan stores and restaurants — less than 2 miles from Brown University, RISD and downtown Providence.

American history within your reach: Cole Farmhouse was built in 1731 (some say 1732) — almost half a century before the American Revolution 🇺🇸. The farmhouse features majestic chimneys, wide plank floors, exposed hand-hewn beams of American Chestnut, high ceilings and striking period details.
While the original farm has retired its operations, we strive to preserving its essence. Our guests enjoy fresh eggs from our small flock of Rhode Island Red chickens. We grow vegetable in the summer for our guests to enjoy. The expansive yard is shaded by majestic walnut trees — the oldest tree towers over the farm’s historic well.

The house is absolutely beautiful, super clean and we felt right at home. There is everything you might want in a kitchen to cook. He also provides things like paper towels and coffee. The bathrooms are also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion. There are even stationary supplies in the desk. I feel like Ronnie has thought of every possible thing a guest might want or need and then some how provided way more. The neighborhood is the perfect location. It's close to things in town and around, all while being peaceful and away from the noises of a city. The chickens were a nice sight and our kids loved them. Plus Ronnie provided fresh eggs daily and a cute tote bag with snacks when we left. I can't see how it could get any better. I would have been content to stay in the house the whole trip. I love this place!! Review from Stacie: We feel really blessed to have found a spot we love so much, right on the east side, close to all the good things: schools, restaurants, shopping. What is best, however, is how comfortable we are in this character-filled home, with its wide, centuries-year-old wood flooring, its period details, and the kind host who always thinks to leave something on the door for us: eggs, pastries, treats of one kind or another. It's our second stay. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to relax in a peaceful, beautiful PVD neighborhood.
