We have stayed in airbnbs all around the world. This is by far the BEST one. Cole farm is charming, comfortable, historic and spacious. On top of all of the charm and comfort at the house is a host that would be hard to top. Ronnie is kind, genuine, thoughtful and generous.
The Home is extremely well appointed with many amenities, including most important to us a very comfortable bed as well as high end appliances and beautiful furnishings.
Our whole family enjoyed everything about it, including the chickens and fresh eggs he gave us every day. He left us cold drinks, a welcoming local wine, other treats at check in and on check out day he surprised us with baked goods.
We would highly recommend this to anyone or any family . We hope to return. Thank you for everything Ronnie!

Absolutely gorgeous house with the kindest and most helpful host l've ever met. The space is both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, and the amenities are top notch. Ronnie showed us a level of care you would expect from a close friend or family member, from daily copies of the newspaper to fresh eggs left in a bag on the doorā€”the sheer level of effort and attention to detail make you truly feel at home.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while also just a few minutes away from downtown Providence. It's a great place to come back to after a day out in the city, and it's also a fantastic spot for a calm, quiet day just relaxing at the house. I cannot recommend the Cole Farmhouse enough.

Our family hadĀ  such a wonderful time in your home.Ā  We loved getting print NYT is and did some crosswords together. We had so many the lovely breakfasts from the chickens and even hand fed them some veggie scraps. The coffee set up was perfect for our family. We had so many little espressos. PVD donuts was life changing — the cannoli donut was the best. We loved the mix of old and new in the house – from the updated kitchen to the fun slanty floors. 7 Stars! JustĀ like the bakery! Ronnieā€™s place is a dream come true! Itā€™s the kind of place you see in a magazine or a top 10 list.

The farmhouse is well maintained. It is full of vintage treasures that Ronnie shares with his guests!

Ronnie is very kind and welcoming! He took us on a personal tour in the farm house and shared its story.

He also came with a batch of fresh eggs from his chick coop every morning.

The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms!!

Itā€™s the perfect place for a staycation!

Cole Farm is an amazing place to stay. as well as all the conveniences of modern life. If we could give the host more than 5 stars we would. Our stay coincided with a snow storm and Ronnie was amazing in looking after us and making sure we were okay. Will definitely stay here again when in the area in future.
Ps – the daily fresh eggs were very much appreciated.
