Raking leaves at the Farmhouseππππ

The chickens were a highlight for our elementary age children. There were more amenities than most VRBO properties: laundry detergent and basket, Keurig with pods, espresso machine, drip coffee, coffee grinder, coffee grounds, teas, soaps, shampoo, full kitchen supplies including basics like oil, spices, etc. It’s an old farm house, so the slanted floors, odd door sizes and odd layout were charming and to be expected. I would recommend not walking around in socks. The slants can be slippery, although the kids thought that was fun. Another fun fact, the stairs are creak-free; I’ve never seen stairs that don’t creak. We chose this location because it is within walking distance of my brother’s. It felt safe enough to let my kids walk to his house on their own and for me to walk back late at night. Ronnie is a very responsive and generous host. I hope many other people enjoy his property.

So many thoughtful touches through the house and sweet deliveries of fresh eggs and other things throughout the stay. Everything is there and the kitchen if fabulous. I wouldn’t recommend the sofa bed however, but the single beds upstairs are very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more, we were extremely comfortable and Ronnie was such a gracious and friendly host. The place is conveniently located and very charming.

We are very happy with our stay at the Cole Farm House. Ronnie was wonderful and we felt very comfortable and well-cared for. The house has many old and authentic details intact and is close to an abundance of interesting Providence destinations.
Beautiful gift from our Rhode Island Red chicken! Eggcelent π£
